Our purpose as a church is to be and help each other become disciples of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to strengthen each other in our Christian lives: to know the Savior and to make Him known!
What does "Free Lutheran" mean?
In the early 1500s there was a back-to-the-Bible movement in the Christian church in Europe, known as the "Reformation." centered on the labor of a faithful pastor named Martin Luther. The name Lutheran comes from him.
The Lutheran Free Church was established among the immigrant communities in North America in 1897. It was reorganized in 1962 as the Association of Free Lutheran Congregations. We are affiliated with this nationwide association of local churches: an association of independent congregations that choose to depend upon each other for mutual support and fellowship, working together to do things that are beyond the reach of one local church.

7 to 10 AM. We're back!!! We have returned to the parking lot of our own church, here at 590 N 96th Street in Mesa. (We are so grateful to Hosanna Lutheran for hosting us for a year and a half and enabling us to keep this ministry going!)
